Eyes + Vision provides support for various eye conditions such as amblyopia, cyclospasm, myopia, hyperopia, lazy eye syndrome, strabismus, dry eye syndrome, ocular strain, and more. Additionally, it aims to enhance overall well-being, vitality, precision, concentration, performance, and stress relief.

• 10 pre-designed varied workouts for daily eye training needs, preventative measures, and aid in the treatment of eye-related ailments.
• My Workouts mode allows you to create personalized vision training sessions with exercises and settings tailored to medical recommendations or personal preferences.
• Access to over 150 animated eye exercises with the option to disable any exercises that are not suitable. Exercises come with additional guidance through graphics, voice prompts, text, and videos for ease of use.
• A wide array of visual exercises designed to enhance blood circulation, relax ocular muscles, alleviate fatigue and tension, and provide enjoyable relaxation techniques.
• User-friendly training notification settings.
• A selection of 14 visually pleasing interface themes alongside large fonts and images for enhanced user experience.

List of available workouts:

• Amblyopia: Corrective eye training for Lazy Eye conditions (e.g., with strabismus) to be used in consultation with an eye specialist.
• Dry Eye: Ocular training suitable for daily usage to alleviate extended visual strain or dry eye syndrome.
• Accommodation: Training regimen aiding in preventing myopia and hyperopia, addressing accommodation spasms and ciliary muscle relaxation. To be used in consultation with an oculist.
• Common Quick, Common Medium, and Common Full: Regular vision training sessions for daily use to maintain visual acuity. Recommended frequency specified.
• Myopia: Relieves accommodation spasms and tensions in ciliary muscles, assisting in cases of distance eyesight deterioration and pseudomyopia elimination.
• Hyperopia: Trains ciliary ocular muscles to prevent presbyopia progression and aids against farsightedness issues.
• Sharp Eyesight: Short routine aimed at improving accuracy and concentration for daily tasks like sports, work, or driving.
• Anti-stress: Designed to relieve eye strain and stress during busy days for relaxation or stress relief purposes.
